Criminal Cases : A retainer will be required in all criminal cases. 

Factors which will effect the attorney fees are the relative complexity of the case as well as the depth of pretrial investigation and preparation.  A portion of the fees may be used specifically for pretrial investigation and/or experts.

Once a retainer is paid, fees are charged against the retainer at an hourly rate in accordance with a written fee agreement.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about fees. A portion of fees may be non-refundable, but this will be discussed with the client in advance.
